Tim Delaney is an entrepreneur, investor, and property manager who owns and operates over 50 rental units, including 46 residential apartments and 8 commercial spaces.
Drawing from his experience in real estate, business acquisitions, and development, Tim brings a practical, systems-driven approach to managing properties and scaling investments.
He began his entrepreneurial journey by acquiring and growing a wine & liquor store, which later served as a launchpad into real estate and other ventures. Today, Tim is the founder of Power of BIZ and host of the Business Buying for Financial Independence podcast, where he and his high caliber guests share insights on business ownership, investing, and building long-term wealth.
